Yoga creates strength, awareness and harmony in the mind, body and soul. Practice simple yoga moves and postures, learn basic breathing and relaxation techniques. Improve sleep, relieve tension and boost energy levels.

Susan shows a true passion for the practice of yoga. She has been teaching this art for the past 39 years. She remains current through various certifications which includes Astanga and Power yoga. Susan uses her positive attitude to encourage her participants to find balance and happiness through their yoga practice.
