Yoga creates strength, awareness and harmony in the mind, body and soul. Practice simple yoga moves and postures, learn basic breathing and relaxation techniques. Improve sleep, relieve tension and boost energy levels. In this class, yoga poses are done standing, using a chair for support.
Zugay has been with the Cummings Centre since 2007 and teaches a variety of fitness classes, from Zumba to post-stroke exercises. Zugay's energy and dedication to improving the well-being of our participants is reflected in her exercise program design and teaching.
