Simple yet stimulating cardiovascular aerobic dance exercises are followed by balance training, strength and posture exercises, as well as relaxing stretches done seated.
Mariangela is a Concordia University student presently studying in Kinesiology. After completing a 120-hour internship with us this past spring/summer 2018, Mariangela put her skills to work and began teaching one of our Group fitness classes. Her personal love of fitness, compassion, patience and her amazing interpersonal skills shine through while she instructs our older adult population. She is dedicated to improving their quality of life through movement, strength and balance.
