This one-time intermediate-level workshop will teach you the strategies needed to improve static (no movement) and dynamic (with movement) balance. Daily exercises will be discussed and demonstrated; handouts of the exercises will be provided (via email).
This exercise program is intended for a general audience and may not be suitable for everyone.

Annette Vezina is co-manager of the Wellness Centre and a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She is the designer and instructor of a unique group of programs such as Brain Training and Balance & Mobility. As an avid nature seeker, she enthusiastically leads the hiking/snowshoe & ski club.
