This beginner level fitness is an aerobic conditioning class done in a seated position; this hour-long class also includes muscular strengthening exercises, as well as range of motion, postural and stretch exercises. Recommended for participants with balance and mobility issues.
This exercise program is intended for a general audience and may not be suitable for everyone.

Annette Vezina is co-manager of the Wellness Centre and a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She is the designer and instructor of a unique group of programs such as Brain Training and Balance & Mobility. As an avid nature seeker, she enthusiastically leads the hiking/snowshoe & ski club.
