DESCRIPTION
This beginner to intermediate class will focus on improving strength, mobility and flexibility through mindful movements. Intervals involve standing and seated exercises.Water bottles may be used as hand weights. This exercise program is intended for a general audience and may not be suitable for everyone. Questions? INSTRUCTOR
MARIA FRAGAPANE
Maria is co-manager of the Wellness Centre and a fitness instuctor for over 20 years. She has designed and developed the Cummings Adapted Exercise clinic which allows participants with Parkinson's, stroke, multiple sclerosis and orthopedic issues to exercise in a safe, rehabilitative environment.
