BRAIN & BODY INTERVAL TRAINING

DESCRIPTION
This intermediate level class takes you through a series of intervals that include a combination of aerobics, strength, coordination and cognitive training in order to enhance both body and brain functions.
This exercise program is intended for a general audience and may not be suitable for everyone. At any time, if you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or your heart is beating abnormally, stop exercising immediately and consult a health care professional if necessary.
INSTRUCTOR

ANNETTE VEZINA
Annette Vezina has been a welness staff and a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She is the designer and instructor of a unique group of programs such as Brain Training and Balance & Mobility. As an avid nature seeker, she enthusiastically leads the hiking/snowshoe & ski club.

MARIA FRAGAPANE
Maria is co-manager of the Wellness Centre and a fitness instuctor for over 20 years. She has designed and developed the Cummings Adapted Exercise clinic which allows participants with Parkinson's, stroke, multiple sclerosis and orthopedic issues to exercise in a safe, rehabilitative environment.
