Mon (2 Sessions) May 31 - Jun 07 | 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Participants will use personal photos as prompts for expressive writing. They will write the stories their photos evoke, and then decorate the page with photos and colourful drawings or doodles. Reading back their words and showing their artwork to the group is a powerful way to connect with others - and to feel seen and heard (so needed these days!).
Relaxing, fun and easy. Everyone welcome. No art or writing experience needed.
Materials: Notebook or paper, pen or pencil, 1 or 2 personal and meaningful photos, coloured pencils/crayons/markers (optional)
