Numerous studies show that walking 30 minutes a day can have powerful health benefits. Join Maria for this 2 km walk, as you move to a beat of 2540 steps in just under 30 minutes!

Maria is co-manager of the Wellness Centre and a fitness instuctor for over 20 years. She has designed and developed the Cummings Adapted Exercise clinic which allows participants with Parkinson's, stroke, multiple sclerosis and orthopedic issues to exercise in a safe, rehabilitative environment.
