DESCRIPTION
A remarkable entertainer, Sammy Davis Jr. was a skilled singer, terrific dancer, multi-instrumentalist, and actor, whose career began when he was just 3. As a Black man, he endured horrendous racial prejudice, and after losing an eye in a car accident, and with time to reflect, he converted to Judaism, feeling connected with Jewish oppression. We take a look at the career of this man dubbed the greatest all-round entertainer of all time.
