DESCRIPTION
This program consists of a weekly meeting during which variety of helpful topics around food & health, food & stress, brain-changing strategies, healthy cooking ideas and more will be discusses. The group’s main objective will be to educate for change, stimulate to action and support towards success. Jennifer Abdulezer, a nutritionist/dietitian, will be leading this course.

Jennifer graduated from McGill University with a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. She has helped individuals with a variety of nutrition related issues, from simple healthy living, to managing chronic illness. She strongly believes in empowering people of any age by teaching them the effects of nutrition as it relates to their physical and mental health, as well as how to make the right nutritional choices to fit their particular lifestyle.
