Wed (3 Sessions) Mar 02 - Mar 16 | 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Intentional music listening can foster well-being across our cognitive, emotional, mental, and spiritual health -and when we explore this potential with pen and paper, we can deepen this experience. In this workshop, we will listen to a range of music and explore our connections to music across the spectrum of our health and wellness. Learn how to deepen your listening and expand your skills for self-care, reflection, and exploration. For more information, call Victoria 514-734-1779.
