CHAIR AEROBICS

DESCRIPTION
This beginner level fitness is an aerobic conditioning class done in a seated position; this hour-long class also includes muscular strengthening exercises, as well as range of motion, postural and stretch exercises; sit-to-stand exercises are done as well. Recommended for participants with balance and mobility issues.

Annette Vezina has been a welness staff and a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She is the designer and instructor of a unique group of programs such as Brain Training and Balance & Mobility. As an avid nature seeker, she enthusiastically leads the hiking/snowshoe & ski club.
