ABS & BACK STRENGTHENING EXERCISE CLASS

DESCRIPTION
This class will focus on exercises done on a mat that will help lengthen, tone and strengthen your core muscles - abdominals, back, as well as hip muscles and buttocks. Will be required to get on knees, lie on back, sides and lie flat.

Annette Vezina has been a welness staff and a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She is the designer and instructor of a unique group of programs such as Brain Training and Balance & Mobility. As an avid nature seeker, she enthusiastically leads the hiking/snowshoe & ski club.
