DESCRIPTION
The top benefits of doing Pilates exercise include becoming stronger, longer, leaner, and able to move with more grace and ease. Join Jodi for this one-hour Pilates class that will include exercises for abdominals and back muscles. Some of the exercises will require you to get on back and on knees.
