DESCRIPTION
Explore issues seminal to those caring for a loved one with a chronic or long-term illness, such as Parkinson’s disease.
The Parkinson’s Support Group is a monthly group meeting and is offered in conjunction with Parkinson’s Canada.

ANNE NEWMAN
Anne has been an integral part of the Adapted Exercise Clinic since 2010. Beyond her Kinesiology background, she has worked as a research coordinator at the MUHC Lymphedema clinic. As well, she has been a dedicated volunteer at AMI-QUEBEC (ACTION ON MENTAL ILLNESS) since 2006, serving as a support group facilitator and member of the Board of Directors.
This experience has contributed largely to her special interest in the benefits of physical activity for folks with mobility disorders and for people with mental illness.
