WALKING CLUB WEDNESDAY (IN-PERSON)

DESCRIPTION
Walking and exercising in nature on a regular basis has certain benefits that cozying up at home cannot offer. Outdoor walking benefits your immune system, your focus & concentration, your overall strength & balance as well as your mental health. This outdoor fitness class will include a group warm-up, walking and various strength training intervals, followed by a group cooldown and stretch, all in the beautiful location of Hampstead park. Participants are required to meet on location. If cancelled due to weather, classes will be added on at end of the session.
