TOTAL BODY FITNESS TRAINING- BEGINNERS (IN PERSON)

DESCRIPTION
This small group training circuit class will focus on improving strength, mobility, and flexibility through a series of exercises, using muscular conditioning as well as cardiovascular equipment. The sessions are designed and supervised by a trained kinesiologist. The first session will be “meet the trainer” where the trainer will introduce themselves and the stations that will be used in the program.

A fitness assessment at Cummings Centre (or on zoom) is mandatory before registering for this program. Please call Trang Le 514-734-1822 to book your assessment.

Judy's love of fitness is reflected in her involvement within the community, teaching older adults as well as children. She has an in-depth understanding of body movement with her knowledge of therapeutic fitness. A Master swimmer, she understands the need to keep the body fit and moving.
