TOTAL BODY FITNESS TRAINING – INTERMEDIATE – IN PERSON

This small group training circuit class will focus on improving strength, mobility, and flexibility through a series of exercises, using muscular conditioning as well as cardiovascular equipment. The sessions are designed and supervised by a trained kinesiologist.
The first session will be “meet the trainer” where the trainer will introduce themselves and the stations that will be used in the program.A fitness assessment at Cummings Centre (or on zoom) is mandatory before registering for this program. Judy's love of fitness is reflected in her involvement within the community, teaching older adults as well as children. She has an in-depth understanding of body movement with her knowledge of therapeutic fitness. A Master swimmer, she understands the need to keep the body fit and moving.
