Sing Like No One Can Hear You!
Thu (10 Sessions) Sep 08 - Dec 15 | 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Singing is a very healthy activity, both for our bodies and our minds. We can burn calories, express ourselves, release stress, improve lung capacity, boost alertness, improve mood, reminisce, and take a break from the world around us. Join us for an hour of community singing where, due to limitations of video call platforms, you can sing just for you! No experience necessary! This program is open to everyone! For more information, call Victoria (514-734-1779
