FIT FRIDAYS EARLY

DESCRIPTION
Join your workout gang every Friday for an “end of the week” workout! A Cummings staff will welcome you and your fellow classmates, then a recording of an intermediate to advanced level fitness class (Morning Cardio, Cardio Strength Interval or Brain & Body) will be streamed on zoom. Reap the double benefits: social interaction and commitment!

INSTRUCTOR

ANNETTE VEZINA
Annette Vezina has been a wellness staff and a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She is the designer and instructor of a unique group of programs such as Brain Training and Balance & Mobility. Her most recent project is an outdoor gym class that she will be leading for Cummings members in the Gym à Zach, in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue.

MARIA FRAGAPANE
Maria is a manager of wellness and adapted programs of the Wellness Centre and a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She has designed and developed the Cummings Adapted Exercise clinic which allows participants with Parkinson's, stroke, multiple sclerosis and orthopedic issues to exercise in a safe, rehabilitative environment.
