DESCRIPTION
This beginner to intermediate class will focus on improving strength, mobility, and flexibility through mindful movements. Intervals involve standing and seated exercises.
*This exercise program is intended for a general audience and may not be suitable for everyone. At any time, if you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or your heart is beating abnormally, stop exercising immediately and consult a health care professional if necessary.
INSTRUCTOR

MARIA FRAGAPANE
Maria is manager of wellness and adapted programs of the Wellness Centre and a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She has designed and developed the Cummings Adapted Exercise clinic which allows participants with Parkinson's, stroke, multiple sclerosis and orthopedic issues to exercise in a safe, rehabilitative environment.
