This course will focus on Yang style choreography. Tai Chi is a medically proven way to develop strength, balance, agility, improved respiration, mental acuity and emotional vitality. Tai Chi integrates the physical dynamics of the martial arts with the science of moving meditation, and the intense mental focalizations and breathing modalities found in the practice of internal energy flow. The movements of this ancient Chinese art form flow with grace and subtlety, and appeal to those who appreciate creativity and diversity in their exercise routine.
