Numerous studies show that walking 30 minutes a day can have powerful health benefits. Join Annette for this 2 km walk, as you move to a beat of 2540 steps in just under 30 minutes!

Annette Vezina has been a wellness staff and a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She is the designer and instructor of a unique group of programs such as Brain Training and Balance & Mobility. Her most recent project is an outdoor gym class that she will be leading for Cummings members in the Gym à Zach, in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue.
