DESCRIPTION
Baladi dance (also called oriental dance), is one of the oldest dances in the world. The word "baladi" is Arabic and means "popular," "dance of the people," and also "dance of the country."

There is no age to start and practice baladi dance. It is an ac-tivity without impacts, gentle on the joints and respects the natural alignment of the body. We gain a lot of self-confidence, we relearn to love and express ourselves in all our individual beauty, our own personality and our complexity.
