In this discussion we will explore how the last decade has seen a consistent erosion in the number as well as the quality of democracies around the world.
INSTRUCTOR

FRANK WEINSTEIN
Frank Weinstein is a passionate & engaging retired educator. He was the former Executive Vice-President of a non-profit organization as well as the Camp Director of Camp B’nai Brith Montreal for 24 years. His expertise is in the field of Canadian and world history as well as the entertainment industry. He taught at the senior high school level for 25 years and developed curricula in several related areas. Frank was also instrumental in the establishment of an alternative learning high school for at risk students where he taught for several years. Frank now spends his time speaking to various groups and organizations on an ever widening variety of subjects.
