POWER UP YOUR PELVIS: FIGHT INCONTINENCE

DESCRIPTION
The weakening of our pelvic floor can cause problems such as incontinence, urgency, or pain. Maria will help us to strengthen those muscles through exercises related to breath, posture, and control; these exercises can be easily incorporated into our daily lives.
* This exercise program is intended for a general audience and may not be suitable for everyone. At any time, if you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or your heart is beating abnormally, stop exercising immediately and consult a health care professional if necessary.
INSTRUCTOR

MARIA FRAGAPANE
Maria is a manager of wellness and adapted programs of the Wellness Centre and a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She has designed and developed the Cummings Adapted Exercise clinic which allows participants with Parkinson's, stroke, multiple sclerosis and orthopedic issues to exercise in a safe, rehabilitative environment.
