WALKING CLUB INDOOR CIRCUIT – IN-PERSON

This indoor fitness class will include a group warm-up, walking inspired cardio intervals, strength training intervals, followed by a group cooldown and stretch. Please call Trang for a fitness assessment 514-734-1822.

Jay has been a personal trainer at the Cummings Centre for many years; his calm and friendly personality are what makes Jay such a great asset in our gym facility; Jay has also been an assistant leader for the Hiking and Snowshoeing Club with Cummings. His passion for exercise and his caring nature will be a great motivational factor for his participants.
