CHEZ DORIS: MONTREAL WOMEN IN NEED
In 2018, a gift of $1million from a retired 95-year-old businessman launched Chez Doris, the women’s shelter in downtown Montreal, on an expansion campaign. Our speaker, Executive Director Marina Boutros-Winton, will inspire us with Chez Doris' story of perseverance, focus and determination to care for women in need, and will lay out the non-profit’s plans in the coming years to develop three new points of service for women in difficult circumstances. We are privileged to learn from this leader whose passions have always included helping the homeless.
