DONALD CUCCIOLETTA
Donald Cuccioletta, who holds a PhD in history from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), participated in the founding of the Raôul-Dandurand Chair in Strategic and Diplomatic Studies at UQAM and has been an active member and researcher at the Observatoire sur les Etats-Unis for 10 years. Since 2005, he has been teaching in the Department of Social Work and Social Sciences at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO).
