Our intrepid guide, the vastly informative and entertaining Jacob Shoshan, will board our papyrus-reed boat to sail the mighty Nile and ride with our caravan across the Eastern Sahara Desert. En-route, we will trace Jewish History through the lens of the unique 3800-year kinship between the Israelites and the Egyptians, two civilizations that have shaped the world as we know it today.

Jerusalem-born Jacob Shoshan, licensed Israeli tour guide, teacher and lecturer will share his in-depth knowledge of Jewish history, philosophy and culture with us on this tour. Fluent in 15 languages, Jacob has led tours in 65 countries on all 6 continents. He is a Senior Tour Director and Lecturer for the Geographical Society of Israel and is especially committed to Holocaust education, a passion from which we shall benefit under his guidance.
