Carolina Barajas is a yoga student and teacher, with over 1000 hours of training in Anatomy, Meditation, Pranayama, Sanskrit, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, and Yin. She offers weekly yoga classes for all levels at Luna Yoga Montreal, where she also helps prepare aspirants of yoga become future yoga teachers. In addition, she is a neuroscientist, with her research involving the neurobiology of sleep as applied to Psychiatry/Mental Health.
