This NEW program consists of a weekly meeting during which variety of helpful topics around food & health, food & stress, brain-changing strategies, healthy cooking ideas and more will be discussed. The group’s main objective will be to educate for change, stimulate to action and support towards success. Jennifer Abdulezer, a nutritionist/dietitian, will be leading this course.
