Join us for a fun & meaningful way to start off your week! Break out of your mind and into your body with a guided mindfulness practice.
Participants will be led through 6 wellness exercises to create 6 different watercolour paintings that are unique to everyone. Explore your creative voice and learn to play! Open to All.
