POST-STROKE EXERCISE CLASS
A post-rehab class to provide a functional type of workout focused on retraining the weakened side of the body.
POSTURE & BALANCE TRAINING
Posture is an often-neglected part of physical training programs. Boost your physiological functions and your confidence. This class will focus on muscular conditioning as well as specific exercises for improving posture and balance.
