LIVE ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES FOR ALL LEVELS

Monday to Thursday  Live • No charge 

Join us for live online fitness classes from Monday to Wednesday. Choose from Morning Cardio, Chair aerobics, Cardio/Strength Intervals and more to improve balance, stability, tone, strength and cardio fitness.

LIVE ONLINE ADAPTED EXERCISE CLASSES AND MUSIC THERAPY

Tuesday and Thursday  Live • No charge 

No matter the circumstances, it is so important to exercise. Need motivation? Join a live teacher, Maria Fragapane, and classmates with these online adapted exercise classes. Every Tuesday and Thursday, you can choose from exercises for Post-stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Orthopedic issues. And also don’t forget to join music therapist, Victoria McNeill, for a session to suit your needs!
