Governance

We believe in running our Centre with care, transparency, and purpose to ensure that we stay true to our goal of enriching and empowering the quality of life of older adults. Our team regularly reviews and updates how we work so we can serve our community in the best way possible. Governance structures and policies are continually reviewed and implemented to ensure efficiency and efficacy.

Impartiality and independence are at the heart of our governance structure. This ensures that our decision-making processes remain free from external influence, safeguarding the integrity and autonomy of our organization. Our commitment to staying independent helps us maintain the trust of our community and deliver on our promises.

Our Centre is guided by a dedicated group of 16 Board Directors who are deeply connected to our work. Each of these leaders is also an active member of our organization and thus brings hands-on perspectives to ensure we stay true to our community’s needs.

We are proud of the diversity within our community and are committed to fostering an inclusive and representative organization. By bringing together different voices and perspectives from our community, we can better achieve our goals and create lasting positive change together.
