Cummings to Community
Cummings to Community (C2C) was established to address a growing need in the community for providing accessible, meaningful programs to seniors and vulnerable populations. Our specialized programs are offered outside the Cummings Centre in and around the Island of Montreal, in senior residences and other community spaces.
As a non-profit organization with expertise in recreation and wellness for older adults, our mission is to provide engaging and stimulating activities for those aged 50 and over. Through C2C, we deliver in-person and live virtual programs, along with special multi-generational events. Programs are facilitated by experienced and qualified therapists, facilitators, and specialists who offer comprehensive recreational services, from exercise to art therapy, dance fitness, writing workshops, nutrition, and more!
