As the hub of Montreal’s 50+ community, the Cummings Centre touches the lives of 10,000 people on an annual basis. In keeping with the ever-changing needs of this demographic, Cummings has evolved into a multi-dimensional membership-based community organization offering programs and services in person at its main campus site at 5700 Westbury Avenue in Snowdon and various off-site locations throughout Montreal and online.

With 65+ wellness programs designed for individuals 50 years of age and older as well as adapted programs with progressive neuromuscular disorders (Parkinson’s disease, MS) or other health challenges or rehabilitation from stroke and a cardiac incident. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, we have a program for you!
