Start your week with online Morning Cardio, Balance & Mobility, or Chair Aerobics with Annette Vezina. Keep things fun and lively with Zumba or Tai Chi

Prefer in-person classes? Join us for Boxing Intervals with Danny, Functional Core with Chloe, Strength & Stamina with Lioyd or try our most up-to-date machines in the Workout Studio, with or without the assistance of our certified kinesiologists!
