Facilities
Café Soleil
Location: First floor, 5700 Westbury Avenue, Montreal
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 2:00 pm
Café Soleil is our welcoming sit-down café. Our expanded menu includes light breakfast, salads, sandwiches, soups, desserts and more. Café Soleil prides itself on being a welcoming, affordable, and inclusive environment that employs adults of all abilities.

Caféine Bistro
Location: Federation CJA, 5151 Côte-Sainte-Catherine Rd, Montreal
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

La Boutique

Browse our collection of unique, handcrafted gifts for every occasion, including travel accessories, children’s toys, houseware, jewelry, mahjong cards, picture frames, and more.
Personalize wood items with custom engraving: add your own message, select from our templates, or have a cherished photograph lasered directly onto the wood. Choose from cutting boards, step stools, picture frames and more, all made by our talented volunteer artisans.

Bloom Family Tech Lounge
Location: 2nd floor, room 245
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (by appointment only)
Access the ‘best of’ Cummings Centre’s Virtual Learning Library, stay connected with family & friends, and upgrade your technology skills in our newly renovated Tech Lounge. Equipped with computers, tablets, Apple TV, latest software and WiFi. Members can book appointments with skilled volunteers for technical support.

Workout Studio
Our state-of-the-art Workout Studio helps improve overall cardiovascular health, muscle strength, balance, posture, and agility through functional training stations.
Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
Requirements:
- Mandatory fitness assessment ($30 fee)
- Current Cummings Centre membership

Adapted Exercise Clinic
Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Our clinic offers comprehensive rehabilitation programs both in-person and online to support successful rehabilitation of the body and mind. Offerings include a variety of innovative exercise programs designed for individuals who are post-stroke, have Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Orthopedic and other mobility issues, and focus on the training principles of neuroplasticity: repetition, intensity, and focus.
Our in-person clinic is equipped with walking bars, Nu-Steps, rehab treadmills, and specialized equipment for older adults and those with mobility issues.
Participation Requirements:
- Independent standing and walking ability (assistive devices permitted).
- Comprehension of verbal and visual instructions.
- Respectful and dignified behaviour.
- Independent navigation of building facilities (including washrooms).
- Completion of a fitness assessment (includes payment of a nominal fee of $30).
If these criteria are not met, the person may be able to participate if accompanied by a caregiver, or they may inquire about our Personal Training Program, where a trainer will be assigned to work with them individually. (Rates apply.)

Fine Arts & Crafts Centre and Woodshop
Our fully equipped Fine Arts & Crafts Centre offers an inclusive, naturally lit environment perfect for creativity and connection. Features include:
- Complete pottery equipment with kiln
- Glass cutting equipment
- Comprehensive art supplies
- Professional woodworking machinery and tools
The woodshop, operated by skilled volunteers, creates unique handcrafted items sold in La Boutique. All proceeds support Cummings Centre programs and services.

Social Services Department
Our Social Services Department delivers case management, Therapeutic Dementia Care, Community Mental Health, Kosher meals-on-wheels and services for Holocaust Survivors, including homecare, financial assistance and other services. Learn more about our Social Services offerings here:

Directions & Parking
The Cummings Centre main campus is located at 5700 Westbury Avenue, at the corner of Westbury and Côte-Ste-Catherine Road.
Indoor Parking
The Cummings Centre offers limited valet parking on a first-come, first-served basis in the Cummings Centre garage for members and pre-registered visitors. The cost is $10 per visit for parking, or a booklet of 10 tickets is available at a cost of $80.

Public Transportation
Metro: Côte-Ste-Catherine
Bus: Take the 129 West on Côte-Sainte-Catherine Rd., two blocks west to Westbury Avenue.
Disabled Access
Individuals with limited mobility can access the Cummings Centre through the Westbury Avenue entrance. The building is wheelchair accessible.
The STM’s Public Transit Adapté Service provides door-to-door transportation for people with limited mobility and/or disabilities. To learn more and reserve transport, follow this link: Paratransit | Société de transport de Montréal.

Street Parking
Please note that the outdoor parking restrictions change on April 1. Check the parking signs for up-to-date information. Kindly note that there are two 15-minute parking zones to allow for the drop-off and pick-up of Centre participants. These two 15-minute parking zones are in front of the building in between the Gelber entrance and the beginning of the Cummings ramp and right after the crosswalk and the beginning of the driveway.
Handicapped Spots
Please note that there are four handicapped parking spots on Westbury as well as the Gelber entrance and closer to Côte Ste. Catherine Road.
