mer (8 séances) 01 févr - 22 mars | 10h00 - 11h30
DESCRIPTION
The Jewish nation is one of the oldest indigenous people in the world. This nation is also one of the largest and most diverse diasporas in the world. Jews live in practically every locale, have a variety of cultural and religious practices, have diverse racial backgrounds, and speak numerous languages. Despite this variety, Jews see themselves, and are perceived by non-Jews as a nation - am Israel. This series of lectures and audio-visual presentations will take you on a journey to sample some of the Jewish communities world-wide.
