This season, the Cummings Centre is pleased to deliver just the right blend of in-person and online programs. Our flexible programming includes: in-person at the Westbury campus and various off-site locations, online via Zoom and a new hybrid format. Our diverse program delivery is designed to give you even more choice and flexibility. Spring & Summer registration is now on.

The Cummings Centre’s Westbury Campus is open for in-person programs. We continue to offer a full range of online progams as well. For a directory of which program and services areas are open, click here

Yes, while we have increased the number of in-person programs this Spring and Summer including more Fine Arts, Crafts, Adapted Exercise, Personal Training, Workout Studio and Continuing Education and Social programs, we continue to offer a full range of online programs.

Mask wearing is optional unless working one-on-one or in close proximity with staff, specialists or volunteers.

The Vaccine passport is no longer required as per Quebec Public Health guidelines, for members and visitors.

Cummings Centre Staff and Volunteers are required to have proof of vaccination in order to work and/or volunteer at the Cummings Centre.

The Cummings Centre is a membership-based organization. Courses require an updated membership.

We welcome guests. Non-members can register as a guest for designated events at the non-member rate.

NEW FREE PROGRAMS:  The Cummings Centre is thrilled to offer a variety of free programs generously funded by the Government of Quebec through the Québec ami des aînés grant (QADA) and various collaborators. For a full list, click here.

A new membership year begins on April 1st. The membership fee is $30. Valid through March 31, 2024. To learn about the benefits of membership, click here

Yes. Non-members can register as a guest for designated events at the non-member rate. If there is a program open to guests, there will be two prices indicated on the brochure.

All participants are required to register for programs in advance. Should you decide to join a course on the day it begins, please call ahead to confirm that the course is running and there is space available.

Select programs are transferable, these are one time only events such as a special event, lecture, or concert. All registered participants must identify themselves to staff to attend the function.

If the program is virtual – you will receive all the relevant program information by email a day before the event or course that is scheduled.

1. One-time events and one-time workshops: No refunds or credit notes apply*
2. Courses with two sessions or less: No refunds or credit notes apply*
3. Class extensions: No refunds or credit notes apply*
4. Courses with three sessions or more: No refunds or credit notes will be given within 5 business days prior to the start date of the session. *

*Should a participant withdraw more than 5 business days prior to the start date, one of the following will apply:

a) Credit Notes: A full credit note will be applied to be used against a future course or program at the Cummings Centre; or
b) Refunds: A $10 administrative fee will be withheld. Refunds will automatically be applied against the credit card purchase

All programs paid for by credit card will be refunded via credit card. All others will be refunded by cheque

*Should these sessions be cancelled by the Cummings Centre, a full refund will be given.

We offer a variety of meaningful and fulfilling flexible volunteer opportunities both in-person and virtual.

Yes. The Cummings Centre offers limited indoor valet parking on a first come, first served basis in the Cummings Centre garage for members and visitors.

Monday to Thursday 8 am – 4 pm, Friday 8 am – 2 pm

We will be serving a full range of coffees and a limited menu of pastries, sandwiches, salads, and snacks.

Our ATASE (Assisted Transportation and Accompaniment Service) drivers accompany you to your medical appointments.
