10TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

Montreal Walks for mental health is an annual walk every October that aims to promoting mental health awareness, reduce stigma and discrimination, as well as raise funds for charitable organizations.

Within the social services department of the Cummings Jewish Centre for Seniors, our mental health program was one of Montreal Walks for mental health founding organizers back in 2009.

The mental health department provides support and empowerment for older adults who live with mental health illness through individual support and a number of programs.

Please support our community mental health program by donating to our team for Montreal Walks for mental health.
