LINE DANCING – BEGINNER

Learn how to Line Dance with this beginner level, one-hour class. You will swing and dance to different styles of music, including country, fox-trot, cha cha, merengue, bachata, disco, mambo, tango, cumbia and triple-swing. Register here

CARDIO LITE

This 45 minute Beginner to Intermediate level exercise class will get your heart rate up and your legs moving during the cardio exercise portion, followed by some posture and balance exercises and ending with stretches. Register here

BROADWAY BOOGIE

PILATES

Thu (12 Sessions) Jan 13 – Mar 31 | 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
The top benefits of doing Pilates exercise include becoming stronger, longer, leaner, and able to move with more grace and ease. This one-hour class will include exercises for abdominals and back muscles. Some of the exercises will require you to get on back and on knees. Register here

BALLET BARRE
